Keynote Speaker:

Dr. Gary R. Kremer is Executive Director Emeritus of the State Historical Society of Missouri and a leading historian of Missouri’s racial history. For nearly four decades, he has researched, taught, and publicly presented Celia’s story—supporting early scholarship, guiding students to the historic site, organizing public programs and vigils, and advocating for recognition of the injustice she endured.
