Giving Our Time, Talent, and Treasure to Honor Celia
The CNLF developed the Celia 5-Point Vindication Plan to honor Celia and all historic and present-day victims of sexual violence and bondage. To that end, numerous opportunities exist to invest your time, talent, or treasure to advance these plans.

The CNLF welcomes individuals from the public who bring relevant expertise, experience, and passion for the CNLF mission and goals to join board members on these committees:
Strategic Planning Committee- The Strategic Planning Committee is responsible for guiding the CNLF’s long-term vision, mission alignment, and strategic direction.
Budget and Finance Committee- The Budget and Finance Committee is responsible for overseeing the financial health and fiscal integrity of the CNLF.
Development Committee- The Development Committee is responsible for guiding and supporting the CNLF’s fundraising strategy and ensuring alignment of fundraising efforts with the CNLF’s strategic goals.
Education Committee- The Education Committee supports the mission of the CNLF by developing and promoting educational programs that increase public awareness, appreciation and preservation of Celia history.
Program Committee- The Program Committee is responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that align with the CNLF’s mission and engage the community.
Memorial Committee- The Memorial Committee will develop the plan and budget for Celia monuments in St. Louis and Fulton, Missouri.
Documentary/Movie Committee- The Documentary/Movie Committee is responsible for overseeing the development, production, and promotion of films and media projects that support the CNLF’s mission to preserve and share Celia's history.
Family Heritage Research Committee- The Family Heritage Research Committee is dedicated to uncovering, documenting, and preserving the genealogies, oral histories, and personal narratives of Celia and her family.

Major Gift - Major gifts are made by individuals, families, or organizations interested in contributing to the fulfillment of our long-term vision or major projects.
The Celia Newsom Legacy Foundation Fund is a component fund of the St. Louis Community Foundation and falls under its governing instruments. Therefore, the fund possesses the characteristics required by law for component fund status and public charity classification, in compliance with the Internal Revenue Code for community foundations. (The Community Foundation of the Ozarks is a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization.)
